Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
This week we are trying Redbreast Tawny Port Cask Edition Irish Whiskey. This whiskey is initially matured in a combination of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, then in Tawny Port casks for some years, before finally finishing in freshly seasoned tawny port hogsheads for a final maturation period of 14-25 months. The Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland made it. More information about Redbreast Tawny Port Cask Edition can be found below as well as our reviews.
Afterward, we have a chat about our guilty pleasures.
Thanks for listening and we’ll see you next time.
