Everyone loves a good cocktail, and we are no different. Below are our recipes for each of the cocktails we have tried and a link to each episode we have tried them in.

Apple Tom Collins

Featuring Treaty Oak Waterloo Antique Gin

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. Treaty Oak Gin
  • 4 oz. Hard Apple Cider
  • 4 oz. Sprite
  • Squeeze of Lime Juice
Recipe
  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve over ice

Barbados Rum Punch

Featuring R.L. Seale’s Rum

Ingredients
  • 1 oz. R.L. Seale's Rum
  • 3 oz. Ginger Ale
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. Coconut Milk
  • Squeeze of Lime Juice
  • Pineapple, Lime, and Cherry for Garnish
Recipe
  1. Mix R.L. Seale's Rum, pineapple juice, and coconut milk together with ice
  2. Strain into a glass with ice
  3. Add ginger ale and a squeeze of lime juice and stir
  4. Garnish with a chunk of pineapple, lime, and a cherry on a bamboo skewer

Battering Ram

Not the official cocktail of the Los Angeles Rams, featured in our Super Bowl LIII episode

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Tequila Espolon Blanco
  • 2 oz. Lime Juice
  • Red Bull
Recipe
  1. Mix tequila and lime juice together with ice and top with Red Bull

Bourbon Butter Beer

Ingredients
  • 4 oz. apple cider
  • 2 oz. ginger beer
  • 1 1/2 oz. bourbon
  • 1 oz. buttered brown sugar simple syrup
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 tsp butter extract
    • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • Ice or dry ice (if using dry ice, use a very, very small piece, about the size of a pea)
  • Whipped topping
Recipe
  1. For the syrup: bring water and brown sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, and when cool, add the butter extract
  2. Combine all ingredients and stir
  3. Serve over ice (or dry ice, wait for dry ice to completely evaporate before drinking)
  4. Top with whipped topping

Buffalo Stance

Featuring Buffalo Trace Bourbon

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. Buffalo Trace Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. Cherry Cordial
  • 6 oz. Lemonade
Recipe
  1. Mix Buffalo Trace Bourbon, cherry cordial and lemonade together
  2. Serve in a cocktail glass over ice

Daiquiri

Featuring Flor de Caña Gran Reserva 7 Rum

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. Flor de Caña 7 Rum
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • 6-7 oz. Club soda
Recipe
  1. Mix Flor de Caña rum, simple syrup and lime juice in a glass with ice
  2. Fill the rest of the glass with club soda

Eerie Elixir

Featuring Deep Eddy Vodka

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Deep Eddy Vodka
  • 4 oz. Ginger Ale
  • 1 oz. Grenadine
  • 2 dashes Cranberry Bitters
Recipe
  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve over ice

Four Summer

Featuring Four Roses Bourbon

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Four Roses Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Honey Syrup
  • 2 oz. Lemonade
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Recipe
  1. Mix Four Roses Bourbon, honey syrup, lemonade, and bitters together
  2. Strain over ice into a cocktail glass

Gold Rush

Featuring High West American Prairie Bourbon

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. High West American Prairie Bourbon
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Honey Syrup
Recipe
  1. You can make honey syrup by combining equal parts honey and water in a sauce pan over heat until the honey is dissolved
  2. Mix everything together and serve over ice

Gravedigger

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. hard cider
  • 1 oz. whiskey
  • Ginger ale
  • Ice
Recipe
  1. Mix hard cider and whiskey in a glass
  2. Add ice and fill with ginger ale

Hemingway Daiquiri

Featuring Ron Zacapa Edición Negra

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. Ron Zacapa Edición Negra Rum
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
Recipe
  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve over ice

Irish Wolfhound

Featuring Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey
  • 1 1/2 oz. Ginger Beer
  • 1/2 oz. Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • Spiced Blackcurrant Cordial
  • Luxardo Maraschino Cherry
Recipe
  1. Mix whiskey, ginger beer, cordial, and grapefruit juice with ice in a glass
  2. Garnish with a cherry

Juan Collins

Featuring Corazon Tequila

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. Corazon Tequila
  • 2 oz. Club Soda
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
Recipe
  1. Mix tequila, lemon juice and agave nectar together with ice and top with club soda

Kentucky Buck

Featuring Elijah Craig Bourbon

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. Elijah Craig Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 2 oz. Ginger Ale
  • Cherry Cordial
Recipe
  1. In a shaker, add Elijah Craig Bourbon, simple syrup and lime juice and mix with ice until well chilled
  2. Strain over ice into a Collins glass
  3. Add ginger ale and top with a splash of cherry cordial

Maker’s Collins

Featuring Maker’s 46 Bourbon

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Maker's 46 Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Simple Syrup
  • Club Soda
  • Luxardo Maraschino Cherry
Recipe
  1. Mix Maker's 46 Bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup together with ice
  2. Strain into a tall collins glass filled with ice
  3. Top with club soda and garnish with a cherry

Maple Bourbon Sour

Featuring 1792 Full Proof Bourbon

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 oz. 1792 Full Proof Bourbon
  • 4 oz. Sweet n Sour
  • 2 tbsp. Bourbon Flavored Maple Syrup
Recipe
  1. Mix 1792 Bourbon, Sweet n Sour, and syrup together and serve in a glass with ice

Maple Old Fashioned

Featuring Blanton’s Bourbon

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Blanton's Bourbon
  • 2 tsp. Maple Syrup
  • Orange Bitters
  • Cherry
  • Orange Peel
Recipe
  1. Muddle the maple syrup with a splash of warm water to start to dissolve the syrup
  2. Mix in Blanton's Bourbon, a dash of bitters and stir until syrup is completely gone
  3. Add a large cube of ice and garnish with a cherry and a twist of orange peel

Margarita

Featuring Tres Generaciones Anejo Tequila from our Tequila Flight

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. Tres Generaciones Anejo Tequila
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Grand Marnier
  • Simple Syrup
Recipe
  1. Mix tequila, lime juice and Grand Marnier together with just a hint of simple syrup and serve over ice

Mint Julep

Featuring Rowan’s Creek Bourbon

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Rowan’s Creek Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 4-5 Mint Sprigs
  • Soda Water
Recipe
  1. Muddle mint and simple syrup in a glass
  2. Add Rowan’s Creek Bourbon and a splash of soda water
  3. Serve on the rocks or with crushed ice and a mint sprig to garnish

Naughty Angel

Featuring Angel’s Envy Bourbon

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. Angel's Envy Bourbon
  • 3/4 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
  • Dash of Half & Half
Recipe
  1. Mix Angel's Envy Bourbon, Godiva, and schnapps in a shaker with ice
  2. Strain into a snifter glass with ice
  3. Top with a dash of half & half and gently stir

Oaks Lily

Featuring Ocean’s Vodka

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 oz. Ocean Vodka
  • 1 oz. Sweet n Sour
  • 1/4 oz. Triple Sec
  • 3 oz. cranberry juice
  • Blackberry
  • Lemon wedge
Recipe
  1. Mix Ocean Vodka, Sweet n Sour and Triple Sec in a glass with ice
  2. Top with cranberry juice
  3. Garnish with a blackberry and a lemon wedge on a pick

Oaxaca Old Fashioned

Featuring Exotico Reposado Tequila

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. Exotico Reposado Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Mezcal
  • 1 bar spoon Agave Nectar
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash Aztec Chocolate Bitters
  • Orange Rind
Recipe
  1. Stir all liquid ingredients together and pour into a glass over a large cube of ice
  2. Garnish with orange peel in the glass

The Pride of the Patriots

The official cocktail of the New England Patriots, featured in our Super Bowl LIII episode

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Bacardi Dragon Berry Rum
  • 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 2 oz. Lemonade
Recipe
  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve over ice

The Professors Poisoned Apple

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
  • 1 1/2 oz. apple cider
  • 1 oz. cranberry juice
  • 3/4 oz. Laphroaig Scotch
  • 10 drops Peychaud's bitters
  • Dry ice (optional, use a very, very small piece, about the size of a pea)
Recipe
  1. Combine all ingredients with ice (not dry ice) in a cocktail shaker and shake together
  2. Strain into a glass
  3. Optionally add dry ice (wait for dry ice to completely evaporate before drinking)

Shark Infested Waters

Featuring Exotico Reposado Tequila

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Exotico Reposado Tequila
  • 2 oz. Margarita Mix
  • 1 oz. Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz. Triple Sec
  • Gummy Shark
  • Opt. Salt/Sugar
Recipe
  1. Mix Exotico Reposado Tequila, Margarita Mix, Blue Curacao and Triple Sec in a shaker with ice
  2. Serve over ice
  3. Garnish with a gummy shark (optionally garnish the glass with salt or sugar before adding cocktail and ice)

Shamrock Sour

Featuring Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
  • 12 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Drop Green Food Coloring
Recipe
  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve over ice

Smoked Old Fashioned

Featuring Andalusia Stryker Smoked Whiskey

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. Andalusia Stryker Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitter
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 twist of orange peel or a cherry
Recipe
  1. Add Stryker whiskey, simple syrup and bitters to a rocks glass and mix (with or without ice)
  2. If desired, garnish with a cherry or twist of orange peel

Smokey Black Widow Smash

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. tequila or Mezcal
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • 8 fresh blackberries, plus extra for topping
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, plus a sprig for serving
  • Sparkling water
Recipe
  1. In a cocktail shaker, add blackberries, rosemary, lemon juice and honey, and muddle together, squishing everything to release the juices.
  2. Add tequila (or Mezcal) and orange bitters.
  3. Add ice to a cocktail glass, and strain the drink over the ice.
  4. Top off the drink with sparkling water and gently stir.
  5. Top with a sprig of rosemary and a couple blackberries.

Tequila Sunset

Featuring Expresiones Del Corazón Artisanal Edition Blanco Tequila

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Corazón Blanco Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Blackberry Brandy
  • Lime Juice
  • Ginger Ale
  • Blackberries
Recipe
  1. Mix
  2. Serve in a tall Collins glass with a blackberry on a pick to garnish

Thoroughbred

Featuring Woodford Reserve Bourbon

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. Woodford Reserve Bourbon
  • Ginger Ale
  • Lime Wedge
Recipe
  1. Add Woodford Reserve Bourbon to a glass with ice and top with ginger ale
  2. Garnish with a lime wedge

Toki Smash

Featuring Suntory Toki Whisky

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Suntory Toki Whisky
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Simple Syrup
  • 7 Mint Leaves
Recipe
  1. Muddle mint leaves
  2. Add Suntory Toki Whisky, lemon juice, and simple syrup with some crushed ice

Whoa Nelly

Featuring Michter’s Straight Rye Whiskey

Ingredients
  • 1 oz. Michter's Straight Rye Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
  • Lemon Juice
  • Grapefruit Juice
  • Simple Syrup
Recipe
  1. Mix Michter's Whiskey, dark rum, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup together
  2. Serve in a cocktail glass with ice
