The next two scotches we are trying are the Singleton (House Tully) and Talisker Select Reserve (House Greyjoy). Color:	Golden
Nose:	Smoke, orange peel, saline, maritime notes, charcoal, grilled fruit and bits of cider spice and dark fruit leather.
Taste:	Grilled fruit, charcoal, oil, burnt ends, leather, salt and bits of caramel and herbal notes.
Finish:	Long, fiery smoke, fruit, charcoal and “maritime” notes.
