Spirit Distilled From Sotol and Aged in Oak Barrels
This week we are trying Desert Door Sherry Cask Texas Sotol 2023. This is a sotol that has been aged in sherry casks and made by Desert Door in Driftwood, Texas. Sotol is a distilled spirit made from the sotol plant that grows in the Chihuahuan desert in northern Mexico and west Texas. It’s produced in a similar manner to mezcals. More information about Desert Door Texas Sotol can be found below as well as our personal reviews.
Afterward, we have a chat about how time seems to fly by before having a special bonus tasting of Misty’s Tupperware whiskey that she and Maleek told the story of the last time.
Thanks for listening and we’ll see you next time.
